The developer's concept for this 10 floor residential condominium was to offer 4 bedroom apartments, 2 per floor, both with direct views over the Daule River, plus 2 level penthouses on the last 2 floors. The top floor includes a terrace and swimming pool. The ground floor offers amenities for all residents, club house, gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool and landscaped outdoor lounges. The concept of our design is to create a transparent facade towards the west, to allow for views on the river and the sunset, in contrast with the solid facade towards the east side, where bedrooms and service areas are located.
