Arkitektura was commissioned to create a space with a tropical feel for this condominium in a newly developing area. Built on the riverside, living rooms and master bedrooms overlook the river while secondary bedrooms and service areas overlook the street. Elevator hallways are open with views and planters. The landscaping on the ground floor is designed with a large variety of tropical flora. Common areas include the swimming pool, jacuzzi, gym and club house.
