this condominium was the first high construction in Playas, a beach resort on the Pacific Ocean. Orientation, natural light and ventilation were important parameters considered in the design giving rooms excellent views of either the ocean or the hillsides. Common areas include swimming pool, jacuzzi, tennis court, and docks for boats with direct access to the ocean. The landscaping was designed with local plants complementing material finishes of brick colored ceramic and local gray stone.
