Casa Playas was created to become the second residence for a young family with five kids, on the beach, facing the Pacific Ocean. Indoor spaces all overlook the ocean, and social areas connect with outdoor spaces, where family and friends spend most of their time. Pergola, barbecue, swimming pool, whirlpool, hammocks and a landscape designed with local plants create a very attractive environment, built on top of a cliff, with a spectacular view, and magnificent sunsets. With an important focus on natural light and ventilation, all finishes have been selected following local materials, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection, perfect for leasure and relaxation.
