The apartment is located in East Soho, in a classic loft building. It needed a gut renovation. Our project created a unit with generous living and dining area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the necessary technical infrastructure to make it functional, with an attractive contemporary design. We worked with a palette of neutral warm colors, textures and materials.
