2010 Preliminary Design Samborondon, Ecuador 18000 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design The developer’s concept for this 10 floor residential condominium was to offer 4 bedroom apartments, 2 per floor, both with direct views over the Daule River, plus 2 level penthouses on the last 2 floors. The top floor includes a terrace and swimming pool. The ground floor offers amenities for all residents, club house, gym, jacuzzi, swimming pool and landscaped outdoor lounges. The concept of our design is to create a transparent facade towards the west, to allow for views on the river and the sunset, in contrast with the solid facade towards the east side, where bedrooms and service areas are located.

2012 Completed New York City USA 90 m2 Scope of Work Interior Design Renovation The loft is located in the heart of Soho, in a small brick building, with floor through spaces. Our interior design focuses on preserving the character of the space with contemporary functional solutions. Multiple windows create an interesting integration with the neighborhood’s classic facades.

2010 Completed New York City USA 150 m2 Scope of Work Interior Design Renovation The apartment is located in East Soho, in a classic loft building. It needed a gut renovation. Our project created a unit with generous living and dining area, open kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, with the necessary technical infrastructure to make it functional, with an attractive contemporary design. We worked with a palette of neutral warm colors, textures and materials.
P/V RESIDENCE
2000 Completed Ecuador 600 m2 Scope of Work This project is located in a private residential compound. All social spaces are on the ground floor and connect with an important feature of the house: the outdoor terrace, tropical landscaped garden, pergola with barbecue and large jacuzzi. Family room and bedrooms are on the upper floor, all with walk-in closets, fully furnished bathrooms. and pleasant views of the garden.
Casa Playas
2009 Completed Playas, Ecuador 700 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design Casa Playas was created to become the second residence for a young family with five kids, on the beach, facing the Pacific Ocean. Indoor spaces all overlook the ocean, and social areas connect with outdoor spaces, where family and friends spend most of their time. Pergola, barbecue, swimming pool, whirlpool, hammocks and a landscape designed with local plants create a very attractive environment, built on top of a cliff, with a spectacular view, and magnificent sunsets. With an important focus on natural light and ventilation, all finishes have been selected following local materials, creating a strong indoor-outdoor connection, perfect for leasure and relaxation.
Cabarete Condominiums
2008 Preliminary Design Cabarete, Dominican Republic 8000 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design A New York based company purchased this site in an area well know for surfing to develop vacation apartments. Since the property was very elongated, Arkitektura created long apartment blocks on each side of a central garden featuring water fountains and tropical plants.
Vista Club Residence
1996 Completed Samborondon, Ecuador 300 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design Construction Interior Design Located in a condominium in a residential compound, this apartment was designed with a spacious living/dining room area, and master suite with home office, walk-in closets, and bath. Custom made terrazzo flooring, special sliding door systems and maple paneling, and contemporary Italian furniture are used throughout. A custom designed area rug and a commissioned artwork add special focal points to the living and dining rooms.
South Millenium Residence
2002 Completed Samborondon, Ecuador 350 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design Construction Interior Design The concept for this apartment with great views of city and river was to create a contemporary design with art as a focal point. Wooden and marble sculptures and large paintings were important elements which influenced the use of wood finishes throughout the space. Modern Italian furniture with leather upholstery in neutral colors complete the look.
North Millenium Residence
2001 Completed Samborondon, Ecuador 350 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design Construction Interior Design The concept for this condominium by the river was to create a contemporary design for a young couple. Limestone flooring, metal and wood paneling, and light colored leather upholstery were the main finishes specified for a clean comfortable atmosphere complemented by brightly colored works of Art.
Mocoli Golf Club Residence
2010 Completed Samborondon, Ecuador 1800 m2 Scope of Work Architectural Design The concept for this house on a golf course was to create a glass box that would allow direct views of the fairways. Spacious social areas, music room, projection room, dining room for 16 people, home office and a large terrace were important requirements for the project. Bedrooms were located on the second floor. A second building was designed for pool house, billiard room, guest house, service quarters, and garage that could accommodate six cars. Landscape design allows for the possibility to create areas for parties, with DJs and live shows.
